There has been a lot of clandestine work going on over at LILIN during the past year. It seems they are quietly establishing themselves as a serious player in the emerging IP Video market, launching the worlds first ONVIF compliant cameras last July and building up an entire range of compatible camera devices to take on the incumbent market leaders.
The recent release of an internal IP mini dome with PoE - the IPD-522 demonstrates LILIN's plans for volume sales. With built in varifocal lens and an automatic day night function this H.264 camera should meet many of the common internal camera applications being specified for IP systems, the pricing is attractive and LILIN's 3 year warranty and support from the UK branch office adds peace of mind.
