The new re_porter-IP/SE, an entry-level IP server |
Its new ‘Omnirid' multi-standard video processing enables MJPEG and H.264-based standard as well as specialist video surveillance ones (MPEG4CCTV, H.264CCTV) to be used in the same system. It supports the use of analogue, digital, megapixel, ONVIF-compliant and even 16/9 HD-format cameras. And its real-time signal trans-coding enables IP cameras to be used for Geutebruck video analysis processes without needing any additional integral functions.
The GeViScope-AS/R is a new powerful processing platform for VCA4IP (Video Content Analysis for IP) or automatic number plate recognition applications. With extra processing power for analysing IP or analogue channels, it can analyse at least 24 video channels at once.
Selected analysis procedures can be transferred to GeViScope-AS/R clients whenever necessary without affecting the recording of security-relevant video data on the server. High availability and performance are assured with a redundant power supply, an SSD system hard disk, a separate graphics card and the latest computer hardware.
The ‘Nano digital video recorder (DVR)' with the new SD card |
The new re_porter-IP/SE is an ideal entry level solution for pure digital video surveillance systems. It supports up to 20 IP cameras and handles MJPEG, MPEG4CCTV, H.264CCTV as well as H.264 standard formats from many different kinds of digital video source. To reduce demands on networks and storage space the re_porter-IP/SE can process and store any data fed into it. It has 16 contacts for event-controlled recording and 8 relays for direct communication with third party systems.
The ‘Nano DVR' is how Geutebruck describes the new SD card distributed recording facility coming to all its systems. New firmware for its VIPCAM-DN101/PX and CAM2IP video sources enables them to store video data on standard commercial cards in their built-in card slots. With or without a network connection, a Nano DVR can use basic activity detection to store up to 32 hours of live video in 2CIF format on a 32 GB card hence enabling situations to be documented and analysed even when there is no direct system link to the camera.
