Grandstream's GXV series IP video cameras have built-in support for SIP/VoIP and 2-way audio |
"Prior to ONVIF, to ensure cross-manufacturer compatibility, a large amount of development work had to be undertaken between individual manufacturers of both software systems and cameras," said David Li, CEO of Grandstream Networks. "Being ONVIF compatible speeds development and allows everyone to work to the same set of protocols. For Grandstream, it opens up the market and gives SMBs/SMEs assurances that an investment in Grandstream provides that safety and security solutions their business seeks while being compatible with other solutions."
Cost-effective video cameras that also integrate with IP-PBX and IP video endpoints
Grandstream's GXV series IP video cameras have built-in support for SIP/VoIP and 2-way audio. SIP/VoIP essentially turns these cameras into smart camera phones for video monitoring and 2-way audio intercom/monitoring. Live video feeds from any of Grandstream's surveillance cameras can also be streamed and routed through Grandstream's GXE502x IP PBX and streamed onto Grandstream's IP video endpoints like the GXV3140 and mobile phones for a completely integrated, cost-effective network solution.
