Videor presents more than 20 manufacturers at the Security exhibition: IP CCTV product highlights from Axis, Aimetis, Bosch, Netavis, eneo etc.

Videor is using its enormous exhibition space at the Security exhibition to promote two concepts.  On the one hand, the company is presenting itself with a new logo as a European multibrand distributor with products from over 20 manufacturer's brands: Axis, Aimetis, Bosch, Dallmeier, Fujitsu, JVC, Netavis, Pelco.  In addition, the IP camera series from Basler, available since July 2008, and infra-red cameras for thermal night vision applications from the global market leader FLIR are also being presented.  On the other side of the stand the latest CCTV solutions from the company brand "eneo" are being exhibited.  Amongst them are network-based recording systems, software solutions for video management and professional network cameras.

Michael Haas, one of the three managing directors: "Videor is presenting itself at the Security exhibition once again as a leading European multibrand distributor.  The spotlight is therefore on the presentation of the manufacturers we represent, including well-known names such as Axis, Bosch, Fujitsu and JVC.  We are constantly expanding our portfolio at the same time to include more familiar and young brands, with Netavis, Basler and FLIR with its innovative solutions being represented here.  Our company brand eneo is being introduced with its own presentation at the trade fair."

Overview of Public Viewing Monitors

In addition to the proclaimed Public Viewing Monitors the two new Hybrid Colour Camera models are amongst the highlights of eneo.  The GLC-1601 Box Type Camera and the GLD-1401 Dome are equipped with a composite output and an Ethernet interface and can be used both in an analogue and in a network-based setting.  Both cameras come fitted with a 1/3" Super HAD CCD Chipset and motion sensor, with the Dome also equipped with a swivelling IR cut filter.  For video compression, users can choose between MPEG4 and MJPEG.  As the GLC-1601 obtains its electricity from Power over Ethernet (PoE), there is no need in this case for any further cabling.  GLC-1601 Box Type Camera

In addition, both cameras are fitted with a USB interface and an integrated web server.  With the GLC-1601 the user has the option to save picture data or software updates onto the SD card. Comprehensive configuration and control software is supplied with the cameras.  Using this software, up to 16 video sources can be displayed simultaneously.  Automatic alarm picture switching or time/event-controlled recording are also included, along with multilevel password protection.  The cameras are of course compatible with the software solutions Observer II from Netavis, AIRA 2005, Aimetis Symphony as well as Milestone.

In addition, a new combination system is being presented, the Zelaris_IP Video Management Software certified by BGV Kassen, and two new eneo Pixim DPS Day/Night cameras.  The VKC-1359IR/W3P and the eneo VKC-1357 guarantee excellent pictures day and night, even in extreme backlighting situations.  The integrated Pixim DPS Chip provides for an extremely high dynamic range with maximum 120 dB.  Other features include 540 TVL resolution, Digital Noise Reduction (DNR), moveable Low-Speed Shutter (DSS) and swivelling IR cut filter.
