Optelecom-NKF to present new surveillance products at Salon APS
Optelecom-NKF will present new award-winning surveillance releases at Salon APS in Paris 22-24 September
Optelecom-NKF, Inc., well known for its reliable, high-quality fibre products and Siqura line of advanced IP surveillance systems, will present its latest releases at Salon APS in Paris, France from 22-24 September.

Visitors to Salon APS will witness the awaited release of the newest Siqura product: the Siqura TrafficServer™. This intelligent traffic monitoring solution is a recent winner of the ASIS Accolades competition and the industry's first ever codec module to incorporate AID algorithms and storage into a single unit. As the Siqura TrafficServer™ is introduced into the French market, it will simultaneously hit markets across the globe, from the ASIS 2009 Seminar & Exhibits in the United States to the ITS World Congress in Sweden.

Besides the Siqura TrafficServer, Optelecom-NKF will also feature the Siqura H.264 product line, released earlier this year. By providing superior image quality at a lower bit rate, H.264 is the up-and-coming video compression method for mission critical applications, where failure is not an option. Included in the display will be the first field-hardened, quad-streaming H.264 encoder available on the market, the Siqura C-60 E-MC.

The Optelecom-NKF stand at Salon APS will also showcase the newest addition to the Siqura camera line, the FD27. This inconspicuous, indoor fixed dome IP camera easily blends into its background and discreetly contains a microphone, allowing operators to aurally monitor an area over an integrated audio channel.

Throughout the show, Optelecom-NKF representatives will present live demonstrations of complete Siqura traffic, industry, transit, and commercial security solutions. Static displays will provide a comprehensive overview of an array of Siqura systems and products.
