| Mayflex has seen recent success in the first of a series of CCTV Over IP Networking courses |
The first course was a huge success, with 80% of the feedback giving the day an overall rating of either excellent or very good; and the general comments stated that the day was very informative. Well over half the attendees said they would attend similar events in the future and 100% of the delegates said they would recommend the course.
Originally only two dates were planned for the course, but following phenomenal demand a further three dates needed to be added, and are now fully booked throughout the rest of 2009, allowing more of the Mayflex customer base to attend.
Martin Morris, Security Sales Manager at Mayflex, comments: "We are so pleased that our customers got so much out of the day. The feedback was incredibly positive and this was just the first of the courses, so knowing that we included the right content is key to the success of this scheme. It is so important to us that we help our customers and provide relevant information, and whether they are totally new to IP or already understand the basics and want to take it further, we want to offer them the opportunity to attend a course that gives them the information that's useful for them. It is very encouraging that 80% of the delegates gave us such a high rating."
The courses are being held in conjunction with C-Net, a company Mayflex has partnered with for a number of years. C-Net's core function is designing and delivering technical training programmes for installers, technicians, designers, project managers and specifiers. The CCTV Over IP Network courses are totally bespoke to Mayflex.
Martin continues: "These courses go hand in hand with the full security product portfolio available from Mayflex, and we are delighted that they are highlighting the range available to our customers. We hope that the future courses are just as successful as the first."
