Arc Monitoring’s Control Room Operator, Jack, is a frequent bus traveller, using them to get to and from work. Due to changes in the bus timetable caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, Jack’s commute to work had doubled in time.
The reductions also meant no buses were available at the end of his shift. As Jack doesn’t hold a driving license, he had no other option than to try and get a taxi back home. Not only were Jack’s working days getting longer, but his bank balance was getting lighter as well.
