Vicon KS2-SANV6-1 is a 16 channel hybrid digital video recoder that combines a robust video management and storage solution, and enables to simultaneously capture, view and store high-quality, high resolution voice, video and data for a comprehensive security solution.

Network Client is the remote management software for the Intellex®, Intellex LT, and Intellex RMS DVMS. Network Client runs on Windows® XP/2000/NT4.0/98/ME and can connect to unlimited Intellex units via LAN, WAN, or Internet. Remote users can view live video from up to 16 cameras, from one or multiple Intellex units, and view playback video from up to 16 cameras from one Intellex, or four cameras from up to four Intellex units. Network Client users can receive alarm notification from any number of cameras and Intellex units. With the new Video Analysis Tools and Advanced Text features, users can also schedule recording of events or search for incidents based on the dynamics (e.g. size, speed, direction) of moving objects, such as identifying people who run instead of walk toward a restricted area.

The Vicon Kollector Lite digital recorders are a welcome addition to the Kollector family.  These recorders are 16-channel, 2U rack mountable units with a simplified back panel but are powered by the same ViconNet platform as the Kollector Elite and Pro models. Up to 16 channels of video and 1 channel of audio can be recorded to the internal hard drive in a variety of settings for recording rate, sensitivity and quality.  There are 16 settings for the system video recording rate in frames per second (fps), 5 settings for video quality and 5 settings for the record sensitivity.  This configuration flexibility provides a convenient adjustment between the video quality and extended recording video capability.

ViconNet uses an MD5 type video authentication algorithm. MD5 is a standard authentication that is based on a 128-bit message used to verify data integrity. Kollector Net server has a recording rate based on system settings, video scene content and selected hard drive size.
