Vicon Industries, Inc., designer and manufacturer of video surveillance and access control software, hardware and components, announced that Hemet School District has completed installation of a district-wide Vicon Valerus Video Management Solution. The Valerus system centrally secures 28 buildings, spanning over 750 square miles, embodying 22,000 students.
The district needed upgrades to their previous surveillance system to allow centralised and better remote monitoring throughout the district. They wanted a unified district-wide VMS solution that is intuitive and simple to use and makes it easy to view and manage all cameras through a single platform.
